Unlike mass-produced teas, our herbs are never over-processed. We use careful hand-processing techniques such as hand-garbling through a screen rather than milling through a machine, to preserve color, aroma, and medicinal compounds, delivering a richer, more effective herbal experience.

How to Brew your Tea
BREWING GUIDE
Samad herbal teas are looseleaf teas that require
a tea ball, strainer, empty tea bags, or other type of infuser.

For an 8 oz For an 8 oz cup of tea, place 1-2 tsp of herbs into a strainer or infuser of choice. (For mints and stronger flavors, use 1 tsp; for subtler teas use 2 tsp). For a ½ gallon pitcher, steep ½ cup herbs.

Pour the hot water over the leaves and allow the medicine to infuse 10 minutes or more.

Bring water to just under boiling in a separate kettle or saucepan. (You can boil the water, then turn off heat).

Enjoy! Or, once cooled to room temperature, put the tea in the fridge for a refreshing herbal drink. Pour segment of the tea into an ice cube tray for a potent herbal iced tea.
